Dear list members,
Is it a known problem to you that sometimes an app that you download, only
shows as something without a window open? For example, I have a program
called audio recorder. It's a very simple tool that just records. But if I
fire it up, voice over will say: audio recorder has no windows. I can only
quit it using force quit from the apple menu.
Likewise, I installed dropbox for mac. I can't find it anywhere. neither in
dock, nor in the status menu, nor in the voice over application chooser.
Immediately after starting dropbox, voice over will say: this program has no
windows. But then, when going into the menu bar, I find the finder menu bar,
and not that of dropbox.
Any advice? Hoping for some knowledge on this.
