Well, the twitter account is now quite FUBAR, as I said. I tried pressing each key until I heard the click, but couldn't tell how many character stars were generated, just that the click had finally happened. I have had no other keyboard or track pad issues, else I'd suspect the hardware. As I say, all's well for now since I swapped the old app back outta the trash, though *WHY* this should be, I'm a bit perplexed. *shrug* well, it's only twitter....
