What's the best way to get to the aps folder? It's in the doc but it
appears you can't get there via that shortcut.

Hi Chris,
THe installer is put in the Applications folder, but after it is used to
install the system it self-destructs. To prevent this you can quit it
initially with cmd-q, and you'll find it in there.
Best,
Zack.

installer up on a dvd? Is the installer not a .app file etc?

download via the purchases button in the toolbar. Also, the installer will
open automatically when the download finishes.

Confirm Purchase. It now says "Installing Lion", but nothing else is
happening. The downloads folder hasn't opened, and I'm still on the page
with the info about Lion. It's been like this for about five minutes. Is
this what should be happening? If not, any suggestions for next steps?
