My item chooser problem didn't happen on gmail, it happened while shopping. Ok 
go to:
http://www.tazachocolate.com/store/nibsandbeans
Now for example, let's say you want to go to the chocolate covered hazelnuts. 
Hit Vo-I, then type "ha". It should bring up the hazelnuts, but for me it 
doesn't. I see some things from the toolbar, the, a heading and a blurb or 
text, but not the hazelnuts. See if you can duplicate this.
