Hi Donna,

The only problem we have ever had with our AppleTV has been with Netflix. When
we encountered our latest Netflix issue, we were receiving an error message
indicating that Netflix was currently unavailable, and to please try again
later. So I googled the problem, and many posts on this particular issue
recommended power cycling the AppleTV, which I did, numerous times. However,
power cycling made no difference, other than making me re-enter my login
information for Netflix. Well, I suppose we got a different error at that
point, so it did make some difference. :-) So my husband did some more
googling, and what he found was very simple. It was recommended to back out of
Netflix upon receiving the error, don't do anything else, then going straight
back into Netflix. Um, believe it or not, this worked. After three days of no
Netflix access, it worked. Not sure if it will work in your case, as this
issue seems to be slightly different for different folks, but it's probably
worth a try. As soon as you receive the error message, back out to the Main
menu and go straight back into Netflix. Good luck to you, and I hope you get
it working soon!
