The question Donna is what types of problems are you having. I had problems, but I was able to track it back to the gateway/the cable modem. I have not been able to reproduce the problem lately, but one suggestion is to be sure you have good dns servers. The problem overall is not having any knowledge of your network setup does make troubleshooting a little more challenging since it may be a matter of just taking your router offline and letting it clear its routing table etc.
