I went to their presentation at the NFB convention. They gave an
interesting presentation, but it sounds like the only way to access books
from them is through a web browser. It sounds like they do plan on starting
to support EPub 3 next year. That should help things, but if you are having
problems you certainly should contact them and see if they can do anything
now to give you help in gaining better access.
Ann Taylor from the Jernigan Training Center seemed to think that they are
doing fairly well, and indicated that they have been working with them for a
year. So, you may ask her to get involved if you have any problems getting
results from contacting them directly.

Subject: Using Course Smart e-books
Hi everyone,
Does anyone have experience using e-books from Course Smart? I discovered
last semester at school that this is the e-book company that my University
uses the most for their text books. They say their books are accessible, but
I wasn't having much luck last semester with them, so wanted to ask for some
help before starting up again next month. I know they were scheduled to give
a presentation at one of the conventions this summer, but I wasn't able to
go and sit in on it. So I was hoping someone here might be able to help me.
Thanks very much.
