Hello, no it plays the entire musical selection, such as a song from the Grammy 2011 nominees CD for instance. Then before the next song, or in lieu of the next song. It will play about 35 to 40 seconds of a continuous drum type tapping sound. Then they will repeat this random playing several times and tell the next song appears in the list. I currently have my iPhone set to shuffle. I wonder though if this is also a reflection of my iTunes library as for some reason in my iTunes library there are lots and lots of things that should not be there. Such as many pieces of books that I have listened to in the past, where talking all of the major services here in the United States. I won't know when to the services for purposes of this e-mail.
