Hello Banu, Often, the pauses when reading are due to new line characters. You can get rid of the noises by opening VoiceOver Utility, going to the Verbosity category, Text, and selecting DO Nothing for When text attributes change, When encountering a misspelled word and ,When encountering a link. This should help.
As for your Safari problem, have you accidentally turned cursor tracking off? VO-Shift-F3 toggles this action.
