Hi Ed, I have been struggling with finding a compatible bluetooth headset myself. However, my husband bought the Plantronics Voyager Pro for me for Christmas, and it works very well. It is a single ear piece, and voiceover does transfer to the bluetooth just fine. The only exception to this I have found is when I connect the bluetooth during a call in progress. Otherwise, if I initiate the call or if the bluetooth happens to be connected when a call comes in, I have all other audio through the bluetooth available as well. I can also listen to books and music via the bluetooth headset, while maintaining my use of voiceover. This particular headset also speaks to me, letting me know when it has connected, disconnected, and announces how much talk time is left each time it is connected. I haven't really had time to play with other features as of yet. As others have said, I am pretty sure the most important aspect is the a2dp compatibility. Good luck on your search, and let us know what you find!
