well, I am totally frustrated with dell.com. I was trying all day to find and 
download some drivers for my flat mates dell computer. I put in the model and 
hit search. that is where the fun started. there were invisible boxes, pop-over 
dialogs and undescribed images. come to find out that the website requires use 
of Internet Explorer to download files and the java they use there is 
completely incompatible with Safari (even when I set the user agent to IE). if 
anyone here gets a dell, be prepared to face trouble getting support. I think I 
should do a screen capture and post it to youtube and send a note to the NFB 
about it.

19 hours wasted when my flat mate took a look and got the files in 10 minutes. 
grrrrrr yes, I am having a very bad blind day.
