I went hunting on the App Store to see if something would fit the description 
of what you-re looking for. I found an app that claims to have recently 
improved its VoiceOver support and I purchased it to give it a try.
It's only $0.99, so if you want to have a look, here is the link:

This is a Mac OS app.
