If you go there from your Mac, the site will automatically present the link for downloading the latest Mac version. The download is a dmg file, so you install it the usual way, by copying the .app file inside it to your Applications folder. Note that Chrome includes a process to update your installed version, so after installing it for the first time, the browser should install new versions automatically.
