Hi,

I think it's in the Google Chrome preferences.

Is there a way to do this, really? or do you have to disable chrome box in the preferences or something somehow? I am liking chrome so far, but don't know how to use chrome box yet, so until I know more would like to turn it off and just use voiceover..

Thanks,
Caitlyn

Is there really such a command? I thought you had to deactivate chrome vox to turn it off. I wish there was such a command as turning CV on and off quickly because just like you i'd only use CV when VO can't cope with things and that isn't very often that happens. The only time i've seen Voiceover not be able to read in Chrome is when it comes to pages with frames, not iframes mind you but framesets.

I have been trying to experiment with Google Chrome Vox but I think I want to use voiceover as my main screen reader and only bring up Vox when there is an area Voiceover is struggling with. Does anybody know how to quickly turn Chrome Vox off and then on again?
