Hello, everyone. I am at my wit's end. I went into my inbox to read my latest messages, and each time I try to read the text of a message, I am getting "empty message scroll area." Sighted help indicates that indeed, the message contents is not displaying. However, on my iPhone, the messages are displaying fine. I've gone into the various menus, but cannot find anything wrong. I've tried restarting, logging off, then logging back in. No good. Help! Christine
