But then you could never be as exact as you wanted, given that it takes a 
smallish fragment of time from the moment you hear the place where you want to 
put the marker and your hand actually having pressed the M key. Yes, it's a 
very very small fragment of time, that's true, but in precition editing, that 
could be the difference between a good and an ugly clip.
