I don't know of any tutorials, but it's quite easy. You can install Chrome and 
try it with VO as you would any other application. If you want to use 
chromevox, you simply go into the preferences for Chrome as you would for any 
application (command-comma) and find the extensions tab. Search for Chromevox 
in the Google Webstore. Chromevox is simply a browser extension. I would 
recommend trying Chrome with VO first and see if that works for you.
