VMWare disc?
You shouldn't need a VMWare anything. Just install fusion on you're Mac, 
install windows making sure the easy install option is checked, and wait 
patiently. Fusion should install the tools automagicly.
The only CD that you might need is you're windows disc and that only to install 
windows. Once windows is installed, you can take out the windows disc and put 
it somewhere safe for the next time you might need to install windows.
