hello, thanks for information even if iTunes does not crash to me, I have a strange problem: while playing a mp3 file saved into my time capsule, that is on the network not physically on the computer, iTunes gives an eternal busy message and stays like so, till I force iTunes's exit using option+command+esc I'll try your instructions and see if it comes back again! Otherwise, no matter... for mp3's i'll use VLC till iTunes gets fixed bye and thanks
