Hi, Shawn,

If a page is written with HTML5 elements, it should work natively, since it's 
simply a new version of HTML.

However, if you want to convert flash and other media to HTML5, you can 
download the extension for safari called ClickToPlugin. You can go to the 
preferences area of safari, extensions tab, then get extensions, then search 
for it. You can check out this page also: 
http://hoyois.github.com/safariextensions/clicktoplugin/ I wouldn't recommend 
the older plugin, ClickToFlash, if you're using Lion.

Also in Youtube's settings on the site, you can enable HtML5 by default.
