Hi Jennifer, 

        I did two podcasts on how to use the Reminders App from a VoiceOver 
perspective.  You can find them at applevis.com.  My purpose in doing the 
podcasts was to show a person just like you how to use the app and what the 
features were.  I hope you will try them out.
