this depends on where you are as to the release schedule for updates. they 
don't come out at the same time.

as an example, updates are released to us in the UK after 6PM or later that 
evening from point of publishing, etc. it also depends on your version of the 
OS, etc or whether updates are being applied in the background, etc.
