Hello everyone. Bret, thanks for sharing this with us. A word of caution though. After adding someone in this manner it's good to work the card into your organization scheme. This is what I mean. Get as much information as you need. If you use groups, and I highly recommend this, be sure you copy the new card to the correct groups so that you can efficiently use it in mailing lists, etc. Finally, when you no longer need the card you should delete it from your address book.
