Hi, There is no FaceTime on the 3GS. Its only on the iPhone 4 and higher, iPad 2 and higher, or the 4th gen iPod touch. Keep in mind, the 3GS doesn't have a front facing camera so, having video chat would be a little ridiculous. :)
