Hi there! You can also make your own address book card and in one of the menus in address book is the option to make that card your card! And when you've got that set up you can then in mail pref's under composing you can set the option to automatically bcc myself then any message you send will also go to you! I recommend BCC instead of just CC because BCC does not seem to conflict with some of the lists I'm on when CC has been rejected some times! hth Colin
