okay; when i put in the title first i was able to change the duration of the 
title just fine.  but when i put the video first and then added th title the 
inspector gave me the duration of the video not the title.  will need to try 
again today.  but i feel like i'm getting close to not only being able to do it 
but being able to do it in just a few minutes.  thanks, max
