Even better, if you don't recognize the caller, don't answer the call at all. I 
have things set up where only my contacts can
call me anyway, and I only run skype very rarely; just started making use of it 
to call my grandparents because it's cheaper
than using my landline, but if I ever got a call and didn't recognize who was 
calling, I'd just reject the call.
I guess the warning is good, though, for folks who are serious skype users, but 
as with so many things, a bit of common sense
would completely eliminate the problem.
