Yeah, I got that, too. It even had some simulated digital choppiness in the signal to make me all worried. It's spam. You can avoid this type of spam by going to system prefs, choosing Privacy in the tool bar, and checking the box that says "Allow Skype calls only from my contacts." It's a pop-up menu. Anyway, just blow it off--it's spam.
