Hi,

General info about mouse actions on the Mac:

1. Using VO commands:

• Left-VO-space: Performs the default action on the item such as open file,
press button etc.
• VO-shift-space: Simulated left mouse-click. Some situations don't accept
the simulated click though so an actual one must be performed.
• VO-shift-m: Brings up the Contextual menu like a right mouse-click. This
is, again, simulated so doesn't work in all situations.

Note that VO, of course, must be active in order to use VO commands although
the opposite is not true. That is, you can use regular MacOS mouse commands
even if VO is on and they will behave as normal.

2. MacOS mouse actions that a sighted user would use:

• Left mouse-click: One finger press on Trackpad or one finger press on the
left side of a multi-button mouse.
• Right mouse-click: Two finger press on the Trackpad or one finger press on
the right side of a multi-button mouse. If you don't have a multi-button mouse
or have your mouse preferences set differently, you can hold down the Control
key at the same time as a one finger press on the Trackpad or one finger press
of the mouse.

Note that Apple's Mighty-mouse with the 360 degree scroll ball has touch
technology whereby it doesn't physically feel like it has a left or right side
but if you do a one finger press on the left side of the mouse, a left
mouse-click is performed and alternatively a one finger press on the right side
of the mouse will initiate a right-click action.

HTH.
