Hello. I can answer some of your questions.
1. When starting VMWare, turn voice over off. 2. I do not know of any gesture to start VMWare. I just go into my application folder or if VMWare is in the Doc Hit the letter V and press VO space bar. When VMWare is loaded, VO right until you hear Button Button and press VO Space Bar. 3. You need to map your keys depending on what screenreader you are using in windows.
