I've made the shortcut now, and it works great. You have to go to keyboard in system settings. Then go to shortcuts and mission control. Then, look for notifications center. Actually, Chris explained this way, way better than I'm managing to, so if you can find his post, you won't have any trouble with this at all. Good luck! Missy
