You go to system preferences, accessibility, then find them in the table of 
options. Turn them on and follow the dialogs that come up. Remember to turn on 
that front window option; I just spoke "reply all" while reading your message 
and am now typing my reply, the mac having activated the reply all button for 
me. Pretty nifty! Note that you need to be running Mountain Lion for this to 
work.
