Ok so I just started reading the responses and let me just say why is
this thread pointless? It is called having an opinion, so if this
thread is pointless than all of the threads talking about how amazing
Mountain Lion is and such are all pointless to. I didn't scream and
say I hated the mac, I expressed my frustration with the upgrade and
the problems that I have had and gave an opinion that doesn't go along
with the majority of posters. I don't go to all of those posts and
write how pointless their posts are and attack them? I read them and
respect their opinions, and have found some of them very useful.

Additionally, I have contacted accessibility at Apple with the issues
I have had, and did express my gratitude for them to continuing
working on accessibility and looking to improve it. Now I will get
back to reading through the rest of the comments, but had to chime in
on the first few.
