This is where it gets tricky and apple doesn't tell you. The only way for it to continue on your phone or iPad or iPad, is using your iCloud user name for everything. That includes, facetime, iMessage, and iCloud of course. When you do this, it will show up on all your devices.

I was able to send a test message, but I did notice that the message I sent from my computer never appeared on my cell phone as messages, so I was able to send a message, but it doesn't seem to sync across all of my Apple devices, I am sure it is a setting I have to play around with On Aug 3, 5:24 pm, Alex Hall <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi all, > I can't figure out messages at all. I tried sending a few messages to an address that my iPod can send to with no problem, but the mac says "failed to deliver' each time. I just noticed I had a new message, so tried to find out what it was. I found the conversations table, selected the "new message" row, and went to the html content, but it was empty. Not only amd I unsure of how to use this app successfully, but I'd also like to know if there's a better way to move through it, perhaps hotkeys to compose or jump to the conversations table or current chat history? Thanks for any information anyone has on this app. > > Have a great day, > Alex (msg sent from Mac Mini) > [email protected];http://www.facebook.com/mehgcap -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
