Yes, Powernap is that new ML feature that will do some updates while your 
computer is in sleep mode.  I understand this will only be available with 
machines with SSD drives so it is probably not available on Macs with spinning 
hard drives and even if SSD installed, I think the machine needs to be plugged 
in.

I'm basing this on what I've heard so far.  Sorry I don't have more concrete 
facts to go on.
