Hi Christine, I'm not at my computer, so I can't check this first, but try going to the menu bar (VO-M or Control-F2), right arrow to the Safari menu, then arrow down to a "Reset Safari" menu option. I think one of the submenu options you can check is to clear or empty the cache when you perform the reset. Only check the options you want to take effect with your reset.
