The app showed up just fine in my updates. You know, sometimes app updates just don't show up for a bit. I had the same thing happen to me once. People were telling me that some apps on the phone had updates, but the updates weren't showing up. If I were you, I'd type Facebook into the app store search field, find the standard Facebook app, and update from that screen.
