Hi. I have had a lot more luck using the "start moving item" command, you can find it in the VO h-h command list, and then use the drop before or drop after voiceover cursor commands, I think the VO period key tries to drop the item on the voiceover cursor, and since there's already something there it can't drop it there. Two things I have noticed. First, I have had no luck with either dropping the mailbox on or after the desired mailbox. On the positive side, VO simply tells me that the drag and drop operation was unsuccessful, so at least VO is trying... Secondly, whenever I attempt to drag and drop, VO immediately switches over to the messages window after hitting the desired VO Drag and Drop keys.
