Assume this is a problem only for iPad?

Hi:

My husband had this same experience just yesterday. We found a solution that
works but your going to think it sounds odd.

1. Go into settings on your iPad and change the year in your date and time
settings to reflect today's date year 2014.
2. Go to the app store and do your updates. You may get a security message.
Some people have reported getting a security warning. My husband did not get
the warning.
3. Go back to settings and and change the date and time back to the proper
date for today 2012. Be sure to check Automatic for the time zone so that
your clock does not get messed up when you reset to today's date. Your
updates will work fine in the future. THis is a known security bug with the
app store.

I hope this helps. Feel free to write me off list if you have any further
questions.
