Here's the thing.  I'm updating right now.  Is my Iphone supposed to do the 
update and then recycle it's power when the update is finished so that it turns 
itself off then on and Voice Over starts automatically?  Been waiting a little 
while now and the last thing I heard was "verifying update".  Ain't nothin 
happened since; at least that I can tell.  I'm assuming it'll take a while.
