I also recommend use of the item chooser here. interacting is not one of my fave things, so what I would do to get a contact's phone number for example would go like this. Arrow down the list, or type the first few letters to get the card for the person I want. Press control option I. Type PHO and phone number headings such as home phone or mobile phone will come up. Arrow down to the phone number you want and press enter. Then press control Option right arrow to get to the phone number.
