Try the accessible-ios google group. I can answer your question, though: go to settings, general, accessibility, Voiceover, and turn it on. From there, use the list I emntioned and/or find some primers on applevis.com that might help. Googling specific questions will also help as there are many tutorials and articles out there, plus the official Apple documentation for voiceover.
