If you don't want to install an extension, there's another way, I use
this method. Unless you know you're going to be using flash, uncheck
the option under security to enable plug ins, this makes pages load
much faster. Then, if something requires flash, enable plug ins and
refresh the page.
Original message:
Dunno about the Seratec Network but I know a lot of folks use the
ClicktoFlash plugin to block flash from loading on pages. Seems to speed
things up quite a bit. Then if you really do want Flash to load you can
tell it to allow flash to load on that page. I don't know of anything
that only loads accessible flash. Not sure how a plugin would determine
that.

Thanks, CB. That makes a lot of sense. I probably heard something about
how flash is built-in to Chrome and misunderstood or got mixed up
somewhere and stored the information as flash being accessible with Chrome.
I wish more people used those HTML controls for flash playback.
I do still have these questions though:
How come people use Chrome to watch audio described movies on the
Seratec SAM Network or whatever it's called? Does that have anything to
do with flash?
And what's the deal with those plugins that block flash but allow it if
it's somewhat accessible or something? Are they at all useful to play
flash movies?
