Kawal, I don't think it's difficult to use, personally, it just works differently then it did before version 11. I think it works more like it does on the i devices. The one thing I don't find works for me is the search function, so if anyone has any advice on that one I'd love it. For example, when I want to search for a particular song in my music library, it never seems to find it, even though I know I have songs by a particular artist.. Caitlyn
