We thought it may a been, but upon closer listenning, no, it's definitely
not. It almost sounds like Bruce, but not totally sure. We also have
confirmed it's not something I set wrong, as the guy I spoke with at Apple
Accessibility was able to reproduce the exact behavior.

friend after switching to Samantha having this same thing happen, and
really really liking it. He said he thought it was Samantha but at an
extremely! lower pitch.
