Hey Karen, you cannot possess your pastry and consume it simultaneously (well, you can, but you can never know which you are doing at any given time … seems like a buzz kill to me, but…) By which I mean to say that you cannot talk about the law as applicable to everyone in the same way, then turn around and say that blind people do not experience vision loss in the same way and thus should not be treated the same way. There's a contradiction in here somewhere. :)
