I think the confusion is coming here because Jess expects each M3U file to be called "I love Lucy," or "Blue BLoods," or whatever, Dot mp3, right? But, if you think about it, since the content is streaming, there's no way to update the downloadable file every time the stream changes.
Unfortunately, what this means is that you'll have to keep both Safari and Itunes open at once when you do it this way, I think.
