Hi,
In text edit, select the text you want to change.
>From the format menu, select font, then show colors.
Interact with the toolbar and select color palates. Then select crayons from
the palates menu.
Select Honeydew in the table.
I think that should get what you want.

do is the text color. This is in TextEdit, but I imagine it's the same for
