I would be very sure this isn't a scam or hoax of some kind. So far as I"m aware, Mountain Lion is not susceptible to foreign ware of any kind; you MUST give authentication and a password before anything install on your computer. If this is *NOT* the case, and it's some sort of java-based attack, or some other detail like this, you should get specific information about what ware it is and how it'll be removed. But first I'd make SURE you're talking to Apple. I've gotten some pretty clever looking Facebook and other hoaxes.
