Now, you need to go to the audio devices tab. You can get to this from the tool bar. Now, you need to stop interacting with the tool bar and VO right. The options are pretty self explanitory from there. When a call comes in, i just vo+right on the screen till I hear "answer". Best way to do it for me. HTH.
